Monica Rich

Monica, who grew up on a farm and studied mechanics and welding in school, has felt right at home in our Maintenance department since 2014. There, she processes maintenance job orders and handles parts inventory. “I appreciate that the atmosphere and camaraderie feels like family,” she says, and for her, it really is a family affair—husband Jeffrey and brother Derek Yancey are both long-time employees. At home, Monica enjoys spending time with her two beautiful daughters, hunting, fishing, gardening, and cooking pork butts or shoulders for barbecue: “Around our house there is nothing like BBQ and homemade slaw!”
